The shade attaches to the light bulb!  All PAR38 fixtures age due to weather or harsh environments.  Gaskets crack, allowing water to corrode the socket or the aiming joints become corroded or broken.  COPSHADE allows you to replace the inexpensive “universal lampholder” socket instead of an entire fixture.  Long after old fixtures are broken or rusted away, your Copper Shades look as good and perform as well as the day they were installed.  Simply place bulb in shade, screw into socket and rotate shade as needed.  Then bend tabs over bulb face.  (Tabs are heat-softened to allow many bulb changes). Not to be used with H. I. D. bulbs.
